By accessing or using CrushCodes ("Service", "we", "us", "our") at crushcodes.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

CrushCodes is an AI-powered relationship analysis platform that allows users to submit text conversations, WhatsApp exports, screenshots, and audio recordings for analysis. The Service provides entertainment and informational insights only.

IMPORTANT: CrushCodes is NOT a licensed counselling, therapy, psychological, or relationship advice service. All analysis generated is for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any real-world decision making.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Service.

4.1 Registration — You must create an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

4.2 Account Security — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination — We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.

5.1 Credit System — The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased and used to access analysis features. Credits are non-refundable once purchased except as required by applicable law.

5.2 Pricing — Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

5.3 Free Credits — Free credits provided upon signup or through promotional activities have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may expire at our discretion.

5.4 Refund Policy — All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of technical failure directly attributable to our platform, at our sole discretion. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase to legal@crushcodes.in.

5.5 Payment Processing — Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.

6.1 Your Responsibility — You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the Service, including chat conversations, screenshots, audio recordings, and any other data. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that: you have the legal right to share the content; you have obtained consent from all parties whose communications are included; the content does not violate any applicable laws; the content does not infringe any third-party rights.

6.2 Consent of Third Parties — CRITICAL: By uploading conversations, screenshots, or recordings involving other people, you represent that you have obtained the explicit consent of all individuals whose communications are included. Uploading private communications without consent may violate privacy laws including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000 (India), GDPR (EU), and wiretapping/recording laws in various jurisdictions.

6.3 Prohibited Content — You may not submit content that: was obtained without the knowledge or consent of the other party; contains content belonging to minors under 18 years of age; is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive; violates any applicable local, national, or international law; contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.

The analysis provided by CrushCodes is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding: the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis; the suitability of any analysis for any particular purpose; the outcomes of any decisions made based on the analysis. AI analysis should never be used as the sole basis for relationship decisions. We strongly recommend seeking advice from qualified human professionals for serious relationship matters.

8.1 Our Content — All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CrushCodes and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content — You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrushCodes, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses; damages resulting from decisions made based on AI analysis; damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account; damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to CrushCodes in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrushCodes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For disputes involving users outside India, we encourage resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
